Welcome to the August edition of the Stewards Corner. This is where I fill you in on things you need to know about in this the 8th month of 2018.

I'd like to thank you for reading this column and I'd like to inspire you to do more reading, if I can. Specifically, I'd like you to read our new Health Inspection Report. We are very proud of the fact that we take great pride in serving you Great food at reasonable prices that is safe for consumption.We also pride ourselves on giving you a variety of choices whether it be fusion, classical or ethnic inspired dishes. If you would like to read our Health Inspection Report, it can be found on-line in the Sunday paper or posted in our building. If thats not enough reading for you, I'd like to suggest our competitors Health Inspection Report. 

This month there are many great advertised specials for your consideration, but don't forget we have a list of daily specials that are not advertised until the day of service. These can be found daily on our Face Book page. There is one NASCAR Sunday this month. The other won't happen because of the picnic. There is also one NASCAR Saturday. 

Don't forget, we have breakfast Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. Sundays the kitchen is open until 6:30 p.m., but there is no dining room service.

Summer hours for the kitchen from now until September 19th the hours will be as follows:  

The kitchen will close at 8:00 p.m. with the exception of Friday, it will close at 9:00 p.m.

Wednesday 4:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.

Thursday 4:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. 

Friday 4:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m.

Saturday 4:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.
